CES 2015: Casio Showcases the First GPS Atomic Solar Hybrid

Casio, the creator of the ever popular G-SHOCK and EDIFICE series, has unveiled the Gravitymaster GPW-1000 series at CES 2015 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Integrated with Casio’s own GPS Hybrid radio-controlled technology, the GPW-1000 series also offers the world’s first GPS atomic solar hybrid.

The technology in the watch combines Multi-band 6 capability, which allows the watch to receive any one of six time-calibration signals around the globe; with a receiver that acquires position and time information from GPS satellites. Other functions offered by the GPW-100 series is 1/20 Chronograph, Full Auto calendar, Beeper alarm, World Time, Triple G-resist, auto hand home position correction and many more.

Casio’s Gravitymaster GPW-1000 series is out in the market with selected retailers nationwide at the price of $950.
