CES 2015: Hands-On: Celluon PicoPro

Celluon introduces two new Pico projectors, the PicoPro and PicoAir at CES 2015. The HD, smartphone-sized laser pico projectors offer superior image quality and screen size while always remaining in focus.

Capable of projection for up to 3.5 hours, the devices enable users to create big screen experiences any time, any place. For projection, both models use patented technology from MicroVision. This involves using three laser light sources of red, green and blue (RGB). The result is a clear HD picture, always in focus, with a large color gamut. Both have a 720p native resolution with aspect ratio 16: 9.

For the Android user on-the-go, the PicoAir offers a light and completely wireless pico projector while the PicoPro, which offers the added option of HDMI compatibility, is designed with Apple users and multi-device users in mind. Both models also offer a 1W speaker and 3.5 mm audio jack for superior usability.
